Development commenced in 1977 and to date more than 6,000 units have been developed. Further developments are being planned for the remaining area of the land. Plans are underway to futher improve traffic flow within the township with an additional egress into the KL-Seremban highway and KESAS, and the easy access to the 'KL - Putrajaya Highway' is now completed.
